Synod Meeting for Priests in Rome:
As you know, the Catholic Church is in the midst of a Synod taking place in Rome that is looking at the future of the Church and how to effectively evangelise in the modern world.
The first session was last October and the final session is this coming October.
At the end of April there is a special session for 300 parish priests from around the world that will include a meeting with the Holy Father, Pope Francis.
Every country’s bishops conference is sending delegates.
The Bishops Conference of England and Wales is sending two priests.
They’ve asked Fr Tony to be one of them.
