Easter Offering:
Priests receive a small salary every year and the collections taken at Easter and Christmas are a substantial part of the annual taxable income of a parish priest.
Priests are responsible for paying for their own car, phone, travel, and other living expenses and your support in this collection helps the parish priest immensely.
Giving to the Easter collection is also an opportunity to support the parish too since the offering can be gift-aided and the gift-aid is retained by the parish.
You can also give on Easter using the card machine.
