The Easter Offertory Collection:
In our Diocese, the collections taken at Easter and Christmas are what make up a substantial amount of the annual taxable income of the parish priest.
Giving to the Easter collection is a way for parishioners to support their parish priest while also giving to the parish at the same time, since the offering can be gift-aided and the gift-aid is retained by the parish. You can also give using the card machine, or if you wish to make an Easter offering by direct bank transfer, please reference the donation as ‘Easter Offering.’
