The Solemnity of the Assumption this week on Thursday 15th August is a Holy Day of Obligation.
The feast is recognised as early as 451 and given the title of the Assumption of the BVM from the eighth century.

7.00 pm: Vigil Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes
Thursday:
9.30 am: Mass at St Anne’s
12.30 pm: Mass at St Anne’s
7.00 pm: Mass at St Joseph’s
7.30 pm: Sung Mass at St Anne’s
