Tony Nolan will be on hand at each weekend Mass to assist you with the process.
Please note:
Payments can be made by Monthly or Annual Standing Orders.
Cheque or Cash Payments are to be paid for the full year’s membership.
A set of rules, to be compliant with the Gambling Act, is at the back of the form for your attention.
Numbers will no longer be held in the names of anyone under 16 years of age.
You will retain your number(s) and this will be on a slip for your retention as, in compliance with the Privacy Laws, only the winning numbers will be published in the bulletin and social media.
