Fundraising for New Lighting at St Joseph’s:
For several years, the parish has been exploring different options for new lighting to be installed at St Joseph’s.
The current lighting is no longer practical as the bulbs are no longer manufactured and the Church’s supply is almost gone.
Therefore, a new LED system is to be installed out of necessity.
We have surpassed our goal of £5,000.00 and raised £7,430.00!!
Since some donations were over £100, or made generally towards the fundraiser and not for a unit, there are still units left to sponsor.
There will inevitably be extra costs and possibly some unforeseen issues that come up during the installation, so any additional funds we raise will be used for that.
For anyone who wishes to sponsor a unit for £100.00, their names (or the name of the person you might like to sponsor in memory of) will be put onto a Benefactors Board to be displayed in the Church.
If you wish to contribute to the fundraiser, please place your offering in an envelope marked ‘Lighting Fundraiser’.
If you wish to sponsor a unit, please add your name as well.
