Week of Prayer for Christian Unity:
18-25 January is the annual Week of Prayer for Christian Unity.
Throughout this week, Christians of various denominations pray that we may strive towards unity with one another and work together to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ in our world today.
Last year during this week of prayer, one of the ministers from the Methodist Church in Haworth preached at the Mass at Our Lady Of Lourdes.
This year, Rev. Jemma Sanders-Heys, the Vicar of St John’s Newsholme and Christ Church in Oakworth, will be preaching at one of the Masses at St Joseph’s.
We look forward to welcoming her to our Parish as we mark this important week of prayer.
